1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 19hbajee ("We", "Us", "the Platform", "the Company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 19hbajee website, mobile platform, casino games, sports betting services, promotional offers, cashier services, and all other features available through 19hbajee.

1.2 By accessing, registering on, or using 19hbajee in any capacity — including browsing games without an account — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.

1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 19hbajee.

1.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity arising from translation or interpretation, the English version shall prevail. The governing language for all communications, disputes, and legal proceedings related to 19hbajee is English.

3.1 To access the full range of services on 19hbajee — including real-money gameplay, deposits, and withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number.

3.2 All information submitted during registration and throughout the life of your account must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including but not limited to a false date of birth, fictitious name, or another person's contact details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

3.3 19hbajee operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal request, we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account confirming the registered mobile number matches your account).

3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your 19hbajee account. You must not share your login details with any other person. 19hbajee will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

3.5 You must notify 19hbajee support immediately at support@19hbajee if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised. Until we receive such notification, all activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — will be deemed to have been carried out by you.

3.6 19hbajee strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. While 2FA is optional at the player's discretion, accounts that have experienced suspicious activity may be required by 19hbajee to enable 2FA as a condition of continued access.

3.7 Each player is permitted a maximum of one registered account. If 19hbajee discovers that a player holds multiple accounts — either simultaneously or in succession — all duplicate accounts will be permanently closed, all associated balances will be frozen pending investigation, and any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be voided.

3.8 Account registration and all communications are conducted in English. It is your responsibility to ensure you understand the content of all communications from 19hbajee. If you require clarification on any matter, please contact our support team.

5.1 All promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes made available on 19hbajee are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where any conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Bonus funds credited to your 19hbajee account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period are stated in each promotion's individual terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand these requirements before claiming any offer.

5.3 Each promotion is available to one eligible account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim a promotion multiple times using different accounts, different email addresses, or different payment details constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the voiding of all associated bonus funds and winnings, as well as potential permanent account closure.

5.4 19hbajee reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event that a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds that have already been credited to a player's account and meet the standard wagering requirements will be honoured; however, no new claims will be accepted after the cancellation date.

5.5 Promotions are intended for recreational play only. Using structured or systematic betting patterns — including but not limited to low-risk matched betting, arbitrage betting, or betting on all outcomes of an event — to satisfy wagering requirements is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.

5.6 Free bets and free spins awarded as part of a promotion carry no cash value and may not be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash prior to use. Winnings generated from free bets or free spins may be subject to a separate wagering multiplier as stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

5.7 19hbajee may offer seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh's cricket calendar (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) and national festivals (Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day). These promotions are offered at the sole discretion of 19hbajee, and their availability does not create any ongoing obligation for 19hbajee to continue offering similar promotions in the future.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 19hbajee:

• Underage gambling: Registering, accessing, or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using forged KYC documents.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account, whether simultaneously or sequentially, with the purpose of claiming additional bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Money laundering: Using 19hbajee's payment infrastructure to process, conceal, or transfer proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Bonus abuse: Employing any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers, including matched betting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple identities to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Automated play: Using bots, macros, scripts, or any automated software to interact with any game or betting market on the platform.
• Hacking or tampering: Attempting to access, modify, reverse-engineer, or disrupt any part of the 19hbajee platform, its servers, or its databases.
• Third-party payments: Depositing or withdrawing funds via a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account that is not registered in your own name.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 19hbajee staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

7.2 19hbajee reserves the right — at its sole discretion and without prior notice — to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed. In such cases, pending withdrawals may be placed on hold and any bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited in full.

7.3 Where prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offence under Bangladeshi law or any applicable international law, 19hb ajee.net will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and may provide relevant account data, transaction records, and communication logs to assist in any investigation or prosecution.

9.1 19hbajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, a failed KYC verification, money laundering concerns, or any other circumstance that 19hbajee deems to warrant such action in order to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

9.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 19hbajee will contact the account holder at the registered email address within a reasonable timeframe to explain the nature of the suspension and to request any additional information required to complete the review. The account holder must cooperate fully with any investigation.

9.3 Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance may be returned to the player's verified payment method at 19hbajee's discretion, after deduction of any amounts owed to 19hbajee. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited in their entirety.

9.4 Players may voluntarily close their 19hbajee account at any time by submitting a written request to support@19hbajee. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, 19hbajee will process the closure within 48 hours and return any remaining real-money balance to the player's last verified payment method, subject to the completion of outstanding wagering requirements on any active bonuses.

9.5 Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months by contacting our support team. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked, all marketing communications will be suspended, and the player will be unable to access any part of the platform. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reduced once activated; however, players may request an extension at any time.

9.6 Permanent self-exclusion is also available for players who feel that gambling poses a serious risk to their well-being. A permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and cannot be lifted under any circumstances.
